As a Project Manager, my primary responsibility is to ensure project profitability by effectively managing costs, deadlines, and the quality of deliveries.
Additionally, maintaining clear and consistent daily communication with all stakeholders is crucial. I find this to be most meaningful, as it helps to ensure the fulfilment of all expectations from the client, management and offshore team.
What do you hope to achieve in the company?
At Axess Group, there is a strong culture of continuous improvement. I am currently pursuing a degree in engineering, which has helped in the development of my critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Looking ahead, I aim to continue developing my hard and soft skills, and grow into a more mature and versatile professional. By doing so, I hope to make greater contributions to the company's growth.
