I am deeply passionate about safety, and I find it especially meaningful to contribute to the betterment of our organisation while protecting our people and the environment.
As a QHSE Manager for the Middle East region, I oversee work quality, enhance health and safety standards, ensure employee well-being, maintain our market reputation, safeguard projects and equipment, and ensure that our services do not harm the environment.
How is it like being part of a global team?
Being part of a global team is exciting and has added significant value to my day-to-day work. Collaborating with colleagues from various countries introduces fresh ideas, accelerates problem-solving, improves my communication skills, and teaches me how to work effectively across time zones. These collaborations have fostered a sense of unity within the team.
What is the best thing about working at Axess?
