Ever since joining Axess, I am surrounded by passionate people who contribute to a positive work environment, making work enjoyable every day.

As the company is always growing, there are plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. I was given the exciting opportunity to grow in my career by taking charge of Operations and Business Development at the new branch office in Guyana.

What does your role entail?
In my current role, I will be heading up Operations and ensuring we maintain the service excellence to our global clients who have presence in Guyana. I will also develop the business and work on establishing relations with new clients. Additionally, I will be helping to develop the local talents to tap on their expertise for offshore projects.

Previously, in South Africa, one of the things I do is to manage contracts related to projects including but not limited to, Total Rig Integrity Management, DROPS surveys, flare tip replacements and caisson replacements. This involves aspects such as operations, finance, and compliance.

While strengthening our brand as a global company providing world-class sustainable solutions, I get to help our people perform their best offshore and return home safely to spend time with their families.

Since I joined Axess, I have been surrounded by passionate people who contribute to a positive work environment, making work enjoyable every day.
What do you like about the culture in Axess?
As someone who enjoys the outdoors, I like how participating in outdoor activities is part of our culture. Our shared passion for both work and life keep us committed to going the extra mile in everything we do.
