What attracted you to join and remain in Axess?

Back in 2020 when the Mexico entity was first established, I was attracted to join the company as its goals and values aligned with what I had in mind. I started out as an Engineering Intern, and during that short stint, I gained valuable hands-on experience in the field and had the opportunity to be involved in diverse and exciting projects.

I find Axess to be different from other companies. We all enjoy what we do and love the company culture which fosters a positive work environment.

What have you learned since joining the company?

I learned that there are no limits in development opportunities. Since joining the company, I have gained a lot of offshore experience due to participation in different projects, including lifting equipment certifications, drilling tools inspection, load tests, crane conditioning evaluation and drilling rig reactivations.

I was given the opportunity to support operations as a Project Manager. My current focus is to guide and execute a hook-up and commissioning project for a major client from offshore. To date, we have delivered over 86,000 manhours without any incidents or Lost Time Injury (LTI), thanks to the incredible work from both the onshore and offshore teams.

What do you like about the culture in Axess?

I identify with the company’s We Values in both my daily life and at work, for example, striving for continuous improvement.

At the same time, I really like that Axess seeks to always take care of employees’ needs and promotes a safe and fair environment.
