What attracted you to join and remain in Axess?
Before joining Axess in 2023, I was already interested in what the company does and was aware of how much it values its employees. So, when I received the offer, I was thrilled. Since joining, I have come to appreciate just how special the company is. Joining Axess was one of the best decisions of my life. I am eager to build my career here by continuing to grow and develop within the organisation.
What does your role entail?
As a Senior Project Manager in Brazil, I manage projects for several clients, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards. My primary responsibility is ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations, particularly NR13 (Pressure Vessels). In addition to managing my clients, I also assist other project managers and clients with NR13 inspections. This includes conducting such inspections in other countries to ensure regulatory compliance before the assets arrive in Brazil.
I aspire to become a global Brazilian Compliance Manager. This goal aligns with my current responsibilities, and I want to contribute to operations on a global scale.
What do you like about the culture in Axess?
What I appreciate most about Axess is the care the company shows for all its employees without exception. In addition, we have a supportive work environment where everyone looks out for one another. I also love the WE values, as they foster a culture that prioritises both employee well-being and delivering results for clients.
