What do you find most meaningful about your role?
As someone working in Axess’ finance department since 2019, I am lucky to be involved in all levels of the organisation and have the opportunity to work with colleagues globally.
My role involves helping project managers gain an overview of the project economy and analysing data for decision-making for the board of directors. I hope to make a difference by creating new and improved systems and ways of working that will help the entire company reach its goals.

What is it like being part of a global team?
I really enjoy being part of a global team, because I get to work with people of different nationalities and cultures.
In my opinion, having a global team brings about different perspectives, which keeps us competitive and encourages creativity. It enables us to come up with the best possible solutions when faced with challenges. I believe that having a diverse workforce is a strength for us as a company.
In my experience, people with passion are willing to go the extra mile, because they are eager and they have a direction that they wish to pursue.
What do you like about the culture in Axess?
The culture of “passion in life, passion at work” was one of the things that attracted me to join the company in the first place. In my experience, people with passion are willing to go the extra mile, because they are eager and they have a direction that they wish to pursue. It is great to be surrounded by people who have passion both in and outside of work.
