MOLDE, Norway, October 22, 2024 – Axess Group has secured a frame agreement extension with Seadrill, a leading offshore drilling contractor.

First signed in 2015, this extended agreement reinforces the strong partnership between the two companies. Axess will continue to deliver its comprehensive Total Rig Integrity Management (TRIM) solution, which encompasses a full suite of inspection, certification, and verification services designed to ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency across Seadrill’s fleet in Europe.

The main deliverables include inspections of lifting equipment, derrick and drilling equipment, DROPS, RBI, PRV and instrument calibration, as well as inspections of all personnel lifting equipment.

Seadrill has a versatile fleet that includes drillships, jack-ups and semi-submersibles, fit for shallow to ultra-deepwater areas, in both harsh and benign environments.
