MOLDE, Norway, July 2, 2024 – Axess Group is opening a new office in Hamburg, Germany, to focus on the booming wind market. To date, the Group have establishments in 22 countries worldwide.
The entity will offer a broad range of integrity and engineering services to clients in both onshore and offshore wind, across all phases. The services include statutory and safety inspections, crane maintenance and repairs, quality assurance and inspections, cable pull-in, termination & testing, integrated Balance of Plant (BoP) services and offshore substation compliance studies.
Andreas Sæter, Vice President of Europe at Axess Group, said, “After successfully delivering integrity and inspection services to offshore wind farms in Germany, Denmark and Netherlands, and securing new contracts for safety inspections and maintenance scopes, we are setting up a new entity to expand our offerings to our clients in Germany and across continental Europe. Our ambition is for the office in Hamburg to be an operational hub for our deliveries in the European Union.”
Diana Veras, Operations Manager – Germany, will be managing the entity.
“Diana is a Commercial Manager with a proven track record within the renewables industry. She joined us after spending 15 years in Vestas. Her background in business development and market entry is vital for us in the startup of the Hamburg office,” Andreas added.
